How to Start a Warranty Claim

There are multiple ways to start a claim with Weller Truck Parts, choose the one that is most convenient to you. For each, you will need to provide Weller Serial Number (also known as the Tag Number), which is located on the metal tag affixed to the affected unit.

  • Online: Click the "Create a Claim Online" button to the right.  You have the ability to upload all relevant documents once during the creation of the claim.  
  • Email: Send a completed "Warranty Claim Form" to warranty @ wellertruck.com.  The "Warranty Claim Form" can be downloaded using the button to the right.
  • Phone:  Call 800.872.6697 ext 27011.
  • Fax:  Send a completed "Warranty Claim Form" to 616.365.5679.  The "Warranty Claim Form" can be downloaded using the button to the right.



 

 

 

 

 

 

Are you a part of a dealer network?  If so, you may be eligible to participate in our "real-time" warranty, allowing dealers to perform minor approved in-place fixes without having to return the product to Weller.  Partner with us on this limited specialty program.
