Step 1: Purchase a Reman Transmission
A DT12 transmission remanufactured by WELLER is unlike the competitor's transmission. Built to OEM specifications and fully dyno tested a WELLER DT12 is available throughout our 40 PDC network, ensuring maximum UPTIME for your truck.

Step 2: Purchase Clutch and CPCA

WELLER offers the required Clutch (K4489CL) and Remanufactured Clutch Actuator (CPCA) for the proper functionality of your transmission. OEM, Eaton, or IATco Clutch,
and OEM CPCA are acceptable components in the WELLER Bundle.

Step 3: Use MB 235.11 Approved Lubricant

Fill your WELLER DT12 reman transmission with any MB 235.11 transmission fluid to prolong the life of your transmission. MB
235.11 transmission fluid is a necessary component in the WELLER Reman Bundle Program.

Use this form to activate additional one year warranty on a Heavy-duty WELLER Reman DT12 transmission when paired with a clutch, CPCA, and MB 235.11 approved lubricant (WELLER Reman Bundle Warranty).
 
Registration for additional warranty must be completed/submitted within 60 days of the retail sale of bundled products. WELLER Reman Bundle Warranty Instructions:
1. Purchase of heavy-duty WELLER Reman DT12 transmission, clutch, CPCA, and MB 235.11 approved lubricant is required to activate additional 1-year warranty on a WELLER Reman transmission.
2. Please enclose proof of purchase or repair order listing transmission, clutch, CPCA, and lubricant along with this form to activate the warranty.
3. Coverage confirmation will be sent via your preferred method of communication.
